MitraMan Great Service!

Thanks to this forum I have found many great vendors, with great product! MitraMan is one of them and as you can see from this forum many others agree. I have seen many reviews stating they love his leaf as well as his great customer service. I am not sure I have tried one of his strains yet that did not do anything for me, in fact all are way above average and most are exceptional. However, what stands out to me the most with my latest order is his customer service.

I ordered a kilo split 10 ways last Tuesday and received shipping confirmation Thursday. I ordered ahead of time so did not pay too much mind to it after that. Saturday comes around and I receive an email from MitraMan stating there was some kind of mix up and my order did not go out as intended. He apologized for the delay and said he would make all 10 100g bags 125g and get those out that day. While I am absolutely appreciative of the extra 250g he added, I am blown away by the level of proactive monitoring that takes to catch that and to reach out to me. It is not like I wrote him an email and he responded, he did the son his own. It is clear to me he not only takes a lot of pride in the quality of his product, but how he conducts business resulting in happy customers. Actions such as these will make me a loyal, long-time, customer and it also does not hurt I really like his stuff.

I have also been very impressed by Mitra Man’s customer service, which is often overlooked by some vendors. The product is great, but the service is a very nice addition!

I was sad that my first experience with mitra man was that the leaf didn't work well for me =(

It's been months since I tried some, but I will open some green Malay and green Thai up again to see if anything has changed.

I think I sold my buddy the green Malay, and it didn't work for him, so I replaced it for free with some TFH leaf.

I'm not knocking Mitra Man. The truth is, everyone is different with kratom.

I need to try his other batches to see more. Ya never know. Kratom is funny. Some of my favorites won't work for others, and what others love doesn't work for me at all. Weird.

I’ve had great luck with MitraMan and agree with original poster that service is great.

I’ve really enjoyed his recent Super Green, Green Batak, Yellow Sunda and Red Thai to name a couple. I ought to do a more complete review sometime here. I enjoyed the green Malay, as a fresh, quick green, if a little one dimensional.

No question that some hit others differently. One thing I find is that those that don’t hit *sometimes* just need a bit of time to gauge what they’re good at/for. His white elephant for me is just a pure focus type of white, that sneaks up without really announcing itself.

He did not send me any samples, but I had 10 different strains on that order so the the extra 250g was greatly appreciated. I have not tried all he has to offer, but quite a few and so far most are above average to great.
