TFH 30 Year Wild Gold Hulu: IR-A19

I've mentioned this one before, on the "What's Burnin'" topic, but it deserves its own review.

When I first tried it, having bought some during last years TFH Thanksgiving Extravaganza, I immediately ordered a second bag. I told Chris when ordering it how good I think it is, and he said it was really a sleeper - he hadn't sold very much of it, and he agreed with me about how good it is.

And that's why I'm doing this review! I don't know if it's still a "sleeper", or if more people have discovered it, but if you haven't - you should!

It checks all the boxes, for me at least - excellent pain relief, VERY nice "euphoria" feel, really nice body warm fuzzies, and that "all is well with the world" feeling good kratom gives you.

Yellows/Golds don't always hit for me, but when they do - like this one - they're some of the best!

So if you're a TFH member and you haven't tried 30 Year Wild Gold Hulu: IR-A19 yet - get some!

I'd say it's mid - it's a lot like a good day Red. Like, take a good standard TFH Red and add some Gold characteristics. Hard to describe, but I think you'd like it

I think I'm going to order a kilo from TFH next week, this was the last "nail in the coffin" so to speak. It sounds like I would really dig it too.

Besides I need more Baik Hutan too, I'm completely out.

I'm running out of daily drivers because I've stashed a ton for Kratom Apocalypse which seems to be looming for sure.

I can't be a party to that, I need kratom in my life.

I'll just have to adjust my doses and keep to it instead of this willy-nilly dose when I wanna lifestyle and get myself down to h²'s doses. Hahahaha!

Since I tapered down and almost off for surgery, my dose is now .45

Just enough that my hips aren't aching incessantly.

I need to get into my bins and see what I got and what I need. I'll probably get a kilo too.

I've finally been getting around to taking that Rhino stuff I bought from you YEARS ago. The Red Hulu and Red Sumatra, and the Premium Red Vein. I didn't get anything from it for a while but now it's hitting. Go figure.

And yeah, that Baik Hutan, I'm going to get 500 g of that and a quarter of the gold you guys are talking about and probably the Master Crafted Red? Not sure, but SOMETHING...I never got into the 707 too much, I know everyone loved that one.

I'm glad I looked because I have NO Baik Hutan beyond the open bag I have and I already have 5 Jade Hulus and was about to order more.

I really like that Baik Hutan. It's everything I like in a daytime red but it's also calming without being sedating.

I'm taking account of my stash today but I can already tell you I'm not going to like it. One thing fun I did get this week besides the half kilo of the red from the small Wildcraft drop is three grams of 75% Mit extract from Omega Extracts, which I CAN'T WAIT to try. Apparently he knows his stuff when it comes to extracts and powders. They have this new way of USPS'in where they go from Kansas City, MO ALL THE WAY to Saint Paul, MN and THEN send it to me, and I don't need to even mention how awesome the extra two days for absolutely nothing grabs me. Hahaha!

This is an excellent batch, I agree with Chris and like this a lot as well! one of my favorite golds TFH has had in recent years. Mid-spec, relaxing but not really sedating (even gives me a little mental focus/alertness). For me, it is calming and provides peaceful relaxation. Not super potent leaf as the overall effects can be subtle (or kind of in the background) but in a way that gives that sense of well-being that I always love about great kratom- the type of leaf that makes me forgot I even took anything but several hours go by and I suddenly realize I've been in a really good mood. Also I find this batch to have really good pain relief

I'll be getting a 2nd bag with my next order (waiting for new menu updates lol)

It has a calming, blissful feeling (especially at night or in the early morning) that still works better than any other strain I have tried in recent months. I would like to find a new favorite batch to rotate in with it, but I haven't been able to replace this one yet. I do have a 250g bag of the aforementioned TFH 30 Year Wild Gold Hulu from a past order, but I don't remember it doing anything. I will definitely be giving it another shot after this thread has resurrected it's potential for me.

That 30 Year Wild Hulu did zip for me, even giving it 10 attempts. I guess I'll try some.more. I never got anything out of the Master Crafted Red either until, 6 months later, just last week, I gave it another shot & got that weird, but nice, "I feel happy today" thing. I needed that. My health isn't great right now & my wife is getting dementia. Me getting sick is one thing but my wife... it's harder than anything to think of her getting that. Her doctor won't do anything to help, says it's normal. NORMAL for an adult to forget how to plug an electrical cord into a wall socket? She's blinkin' out on me all the time these days. I've seen about 10 people get dementia & seen all what leads up to it. Anyway... so I'm trying to be her doctor & I've been researching all her medications to see if any of them might be doing this. I'm not going to let this happen to her without fighting back. Sorry for the venting. Us old folks do that from time to time.

Oh no, I am so sorry. That ran in my adopted father's side of the family, it's heartbreaking. I hope you have support.

The Wild Gold Hulu is good for me if I want to wind down a bit. It's alright.
