Fused Flora's pouni ono kava kava

taste is mild and agreeable
some body/muscle relaxation
a little 'heady' good mindspace, mental relaxation too
i prefer this over some of the other medium grind kava available due mainly to taste.

So I was actually ordering kratom from fused flora a month ago or so and I decided to throw some kava in the order and try it for the first time. It was awesome. Don't have any kava experience to compare it to but I really enjoyed it.
The process of making the kava tea or whatver with some cheese cloth is a fucking pain in the ass tho lol.

Kava Question: Has anyone tried the stuff, sold as -
Kava Extract 70% Kavalactones - ?? Google that it's on Amazon and Etsy and sold at multiple vendors.
I agree "traditional"
Kava Kava is a hassle I don't need to mush a goddamn muslim cheese cloth for 30 min to enjoy a Kava drink... I'm gonna get some of this Extract, there's many reviews if you look around - I've also seem
Micronized Kava, aka "Instant Kava" and wonder if this compares ? - feeling like a total noob here

The gourmet hawiiaian was amazing after about 4 cups lol. His is dehydrated juice i guess its amazing... I also have no experience besides a tincture from the health store which was super fast acting forget the brand.

yeah, dehydrated juice is the way to go! micronized is ok if you don't wanna do the kneading, i've used it. I've only tried traditional prep a few times and aluball a few times, both meh. I need to keep trying to get that krunk and get over the taste. barf.
