I placed an order for ikaika instant kava (in Hawaii kava is called awa) to help with RLS and to relax. Hope it's good, prices are expensive.

Enclosed was a fat sample of Nene instant. Took 2.25 tablespoons with 8oz water, taste was mild. 5min later feel relaxed, sleepyish. Gonna hit the hay, lol.

I ate a little bit of fried rice and took a nap, lol. Good stuff to head off panic attack; it's quick to shake up in a large mouthed jar and the taste is definitely more friendly than kava extracts; hits harder and faster too.

the ikaika is my second favorite from them. It reminds me of the pouni uno from kalm. Both very nice social/chill ones.

Pouni onu was so one of my favorites back when I was using kava. Maybe it is time to dig it out again.

I ordered again, the Nene instant this time. It's def strong, 2tbs from the sample last time had me ready for bed. Real good stuff for panic/anxiety, but doesn't get rid of restless legs - just knocks me out. Kratom eliminates the RLS pretty well, though. Only thing is the price - it's $110 including shipping for 200g. If you've ever had a real panic attack, though, it's worth the moolah.

After trying Kalm with Kava and Bula House, Gourmet Hawaiian Kava instantized (ground root, not dehydrate juice; I like the dehydrated juice from Bula House) wins for strength, effect, and taste. Accessible milder enjoyable non spicy to taste and can put your lights out. Did not make me nauseated as some of Kalm with Kava's did.

I'm tempted to try it, but it sounds like its main effect is inducing drowsiness. Is that all it is, in essence? I have other sleep aids that are much cheaper

It's intoxicating, like being drunk, only cleaner, though you can definitely take too much and have a bad time.

I just got some instant (not micro) Mahakea from them and loved it so much I ordered the instant Nene. I’m impressed with GHK so far.

I love the Awa Moi from Gourmet Hawaiin.

You guys will need to try my Pouni Ono soon though
