Pouni Ono Kava Prep

Can I make it like normal tea? Put the powder in a tea ball then steep it?

What brand? Is it micronized? That is important and means that it has been pulverized and processed through some kind of dehydration system. Kalm With Kava makes a great one and it dissolves (sorta) as you would expect from a rooted powder. It works more like instant coffee or Tang, if you get me.

you have to massage it while soaking it. check youtube for example.
