I just tried to do a 2 kg order, and after I input the SUMBAWA20% code, it was still $127 after shipping. Am I doing something wrong?

You might want to try emailing or WhatsApp first, you'll get a quicker response than waiting on him to answer you here.

Also, just for kicks, try the promo code without the % on the end. I know that's what he said, but I've rarely/never seen a special character on a promo code before.

So your 20% off code doesnt really offer 20% i dont think. As far as i can tell it only offers a max discount of $10. I added 5 kilos of sumbawa kratom to the cart which equaled $200 and then typed in the code and instead of offering $40 off it only took off $10. Same thing when i added more or less to the cart. And the only way you can add things into the cart is if your in quick view mode, if you load the entire page of a strain it wont allow you to add it in the cart, only if you click quick view mode.

Oh, and i saw ur promo on the site for a starter pack for $230 free shipping but there is no add to cart option for the starter pack. Thats why i added them all separately and the shipping was 100 dollars so it was 300 for the 5 kilos.

i dont add the button add to cart on our promo because the price just for USA included shipping and the our promo you can order from email buddy.. i already add the button to order from email
