New email says store will open sometime between 7:00 and 7:30 this evening.

I'm finally getting my order from the last 2 hour opening tomorrow and I think that will probably be my one and only order. Not a fan of sitting in front of the computer waiting, waiting, waiting for the store to open only to find out that the 3 quarters of the one thing I wanted sold out the second the store opened (or before) and I wasn't fast enough. No thanks.

Yeah I feel the same way the last 3 restocks I have missed out on everything that I've wanted completely!! No thanks! I get that they are small batch and we all love that, but so small that you can't even accommodate anywhere close to the orders being placed, no less customers have to go to hell and back just to get a little something out of a restock?! Too crazy, too much effort, there's other great lead out there and I'll score some Soul off trading posts hopefully.....

Totally understandable why you guys are upset. Like this time, it was a leftover sale so there wasn't very much of anything in particular. And the site opening a week or two ago was cut really short. And while the website has helped tremendously, everything is still a work in progress and constantly changing to make things hopefully better.

But yeah, I definitely understand and feel the same way sometimes about how difficult it is to grab what you want. Ever since he started to blow up, the small batches seem even smaller.

Maybe some changes will be made to the website for the next round, to make it more fair for everyone. It should not be so easy for some people to pull the trigger on something before others have had a chance to put anything in their cart. I personally hope it will be much more accessible for everyone in the near future. Stuff is great but it does get frustrating for sure.

I was literally on my phone trying to check out 5 mins after it opened and had to change the items in my cart 3 separate times. I was like wtf. I mean it’s better than average leaf but not that damn good lol.

Yeah, same here. Stuff added to my cart was no longer available when I went to check out. Missed out on a couple I really wanted to try, but hopefully what I did get will be great.

The two times I've ordered, or tried to order, it was like trying to snipe three auctions on eBay at the same time.

Mike does seem to be a very nice person and he certainly is helpful but he seems overwhelmed to me. I think maybe revamping his store and how he works things might be a huge help to everybody all the way around.

Once again I totally concur with your thoughts here!!

Thanks for the feedback and sorry it has worked out so poorly for some people. This is all a work in progress from Mike's point of view and he is open to suggestions.

Its unfortunate the stock was so fragmented this last opening so that there were strains with only a few pieces. Part of the problem was that people were allowed to fill there carts and just sit there in checkout waiting for the store to open. The Red Jonk Kong was gone in seconds. In the future nobody will be able to fill there care before we start accepting payments. That's a no brainier. And we may try something with small qtys like a lottery or a contest. Or even pre-orders. But it will be fair going forward. There was ample stock in other strains like the Dark Elephant and the Blend 23 and people got a fair shot at that. There will always be items with somewhat limited qtys But he cant do much about the supply and he wont raise the price.

The prior opening Mike had to close arbitrarily early cause he just couldn't keep track of stock and didn't want to oversell anything. Nothing was prebagged and once the orders came in he was swamped, But he made changes.

Yesterday's opening the entire inventory was pre-bagged and there will no longer a reason to shut it down. This is how it will be in the future. Keeping the store open for only 2 hours is ridiculous. Now we can keep it open as long as there is stock and not have to have a small qty garage sale a week later. Besides prebagging the leaf there is also some one who helps keep track of payments and customer service so Mike can concentrate on fulfillment.

Anyway again really sorry for the inconvenience and well try to make to make the process as fair and painless as we can. All suggestions are welcome

No offense swab, but there couldn't have been ample amount of Dark Elephant in particular cuz that was the main one that I wanted as it's pretty much my favorite and only have couple doses left.... And I didn't even have the slightest chance at it hahaha, but oh well!!

Yeah ample was the wrong word sorry Ace. I meant it in a relative sense compared to things like the RJK that sold out immediately. The Dark Elephant was available for an hour and a half. Mike could only get a few kilos of the Dark Elephant from the supplier this time. He did only sell it in 1/4s and 1/8s. But I get your point, you need to be able to be in the right place at the right time or your dont have a chance. Where working on something better. Anyway, now I know your favorite strain
