User suggestion?

Hey, just wanted to let the peeps know that in your user preferences, your popup to notify you of a PM is turned off by default. If you want that little window to pop up to let you know, "you've got mail," that's where you change it.

Hmm, I'll take another look. Thanks for the heads up. Some of the global settings aren't applying correctly like the timestamps.

Timestamp test for EST (+5 GMT).

Test result = +4 GMT (one hour behind the EST timestamp I set in preferences).

Yeah, I think daylight savings time needs to be factored it. Let me try something.

I prefer it off myself. But that's just personal preference.
